We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. That’s why we offer a simple and fair return policy.

Right to Return

You have the right to return most items within 365 days of receiving your order.

• Within 14 days:
  ✔️ Free returns for most orders
  ✔️ Full refund to your original payment method
  ✔️ Items must be unused, in original packaging

• From day 15 to 365:
  🚚 Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
  💳 Refunds will be issued as a voucher usable on RavaMarkt.com within 360 days
  ⚠️ Only brand-new, unused, and unassembled products in their original packaging are eligible for return

Return Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned after 14 days:

• Hygiene-related items (e.g. bedding, towels, etc.)

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Installed, used, or visibly damaged items

• Products without original packaging

• Certain large items like bathtubs or whirlpools (if offered)

Return Procedure

1. Contact us at support@ravamarkt.com
   Please include:

   • Your order number

   • Reason for return

   • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

2. We’ll guide you through the next steps:

   • Return address

   • Return number (if required)

   • Return label (for eligible free returns)

3. Pack the product securely in original packaging.

4. Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected.

Refund Timeline

• Standard refunds: 3–7 business days after approval

• Vouchers (for late returns): Emailed within 5 working days

• Returns without prior contact may be refused
