Delivery Countries
We deliver worldwide.

Delivery Process
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we hand it over to our trusted logistics partners:
Small packages are shipped via parcel service (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes) without prior notice.
Larger items are delivered by freight carriers. In this case, you will receive a call to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Delivery is made curbside (to the first accessible area in front of your building).
If you require delivery to your home, assembly, or furniture removal, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee (depending on region).
Delivery Times
Delivery usually takes just a few working days, depending on the item and destination.
An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Freight deliveries: Typically preceded by a phone call to schedule a time.
Parcel deliveries: Delivered without prior notice. If you’re not home, the courier will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Delivery within Austria is free for standard packages.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
Delivery Inspection
Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
For larger shipments, a Proof of Delivery (POD) signature is required.
If you notice any visible damage or missing parts, note it on the delivery slip and contact our customer service immediately.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to charge for reshipping costs.
